Information is becoming increasingly important in social development, and the medical industry’s informatization has made significant progress. This paper evaluates the role of nursing informatization in improving nursing quality management by analyzing and comparing changes in nursing quality before and after the implementation of nursing informatization. Using modern computer network technology to evaluate nursing quality, monitor the implementation of nursing management plans, and control nursing quality links in real time has helped to promote and improve nursing quality. The integration mode of the existing hospital information system is sorted out and standardized according to the requirements of refined hospital management. We can optimize the overall architecture of the hospital information system, reduce the tight coupling between business systems, support rapid integration and flexible expansion of business systems, and lay a foundation for the cooperation and data sharing of medical resources in and out of the hospital by establishing a hospital information platform based on standardized specifications....
Patients with thyroid disease must take long-term antithyroid drugs and go to the outpatient clinic for regular check-ups. This requires patients to have good compliance behaviors in order to better control their thyroid hormone levels. In order to improve patients’ compliance behavior and seek effective family care interventions, this paper combines family care methods to evaluate the nursing effect of thyroid disease and combines investigation and analysis and experimental methods to verify the effectiveness of the method proposed in this paper. In addition, this paper compares family nursing methods with conventional methods under the guidance of family philosophy and objectively analyzes and evaluates the application value of accelerated rehabilitation surgery concepts and methods in thyroid surgery. Finally, this paper sets up a control group and a test group to carry out the nursing effect of home nursing in thyroid diseases. Through comparative experiments, it can be seen that the nursing intervention for thyroid diseases based on home nursing in this paper has a good nursing effect....
In order to improve the nursing effect of respiratory critical illness, this paper combines the refined nursing method to explore the nursing plan of respiratory critical illness. Moreover, this paper uses the variable control method to explore the effects of nursing management, combines the hospital patient samples to conduct a controlled trial analysis, and conducts sample grouping according to the random grouping method. The patients in the control group are managed by traditional nursing management methods, the patients in the test group are managed by refined nursing management methods, and other conditions are basically the same. In addition, the experiment process variable control is carried out according to the mathematical statistics method, and the reasonable statistics and data processing are carried out. Through the comparison method, we can see that the refined management method proposed in this paper has a good effect in the nursing of respiratory critical illness....
Background: As mass casualty incidents are low-probability events, students often do not have the chance to practise field triage skills during their clinical placement. This study used a 3D game to engage participants in experiential learning in a realistic virtual environment. The purpose of the study was to explore factors affecting nursing students’ intention to use a 3D game to learn field triage skills. Methods: This was a cross-sectional survey study. The technology acceptance model augmented by computer self-efficacy was used as a research model and a questionnaire was used to evaluate students’ intention to use the 3D game to learn field triage. Data was collected from nursing students of a degree-awarding higher education institution in Hong Kong. Results: A total of 177 valid questionnaires were returned, and structural equation modeling was used to test the research model and hypotheses. Consistent with the technology acceptance model, perceived usefulness (0.21, p < 0.05) and perceived ease of use (0.91, p < 0.001) had a positive effect on the behavioral intention to use the 3D game. Computer self-efficacy positively influenced both perceived usefulness (0.66, p < 0.001) and perceived ease of use (0.73, p < 0.001). The research model explained 42 percent of the variance in the behavioral intention to use the 3D game. Conclusion: Students believed that using the 3D game would enhance their field triage skills and found the game easy to use. Using 3D games to facilitate learning is a worthwhile educational approach for preparing healthcare professionals to handle low-probability clinical tasks, such as field triage in mass casualty incidents. Insights provided by findings of this study included the best way to design and promote interactive education programmes in a virtual environment....
In this paper, we have explored the experience of studying part-time nursing master degree students and provided a basis for improving the training of domestic part-time nursing master degree students. Using phenomenological research methods, we have conducted face-to-face and semistructured interviews with 14 part-time nursing graduate students, including postgraduate motivation, obstacles, gains, and expectations after postgraduate study. Part-time nursing master’s graduate students are mostly motivated by promotion, self-improvement, solving clinical problems, and role models; barriers to entry include role conflicts, time pressure, economic pressure, curriculum settings that cannot meet needs, unclear responsibilities for training process management, and personal value (cannot reflect, etc.). Study gains include enhancing scientific research confidence, stimulating learning interest, and increasing professional identity. In the training of part-time nursing master’s students, we should correctly guide students’ learning motivation, mobilize social support, and solve students’ learning obstacles. The curriculum of part-time nursing master’s students should be targeted, along with establishing a training management system jointly directed by the training unit and the employer, improving the career planning of nursing master’s students, and making a good connection with the training of senior practical nurses....
Due to the recent advancement in technology specifically mobile phones, these devices can be used in the hospital to monitor or speed up various activities, which are related to doctors and nurses. In literature, various mechanisms have been presented to resolve this issue, but none of these approaches have considered effectiveness of this technology in the development of a proper mobile nursing system, which is specifically designed for pregnant women. Therefore, in this paper, we have explored the effect of the intervention model based on the mobile nursing system on the pregnancy outcome of pregnant women. In this study, an Android-based mobile nursing monitoring system was adopted to monitor and transmit the human physiological data through physiological parameter monitoring equipment and continuously monitor the physiological parameter data of pregnant women. If the physiological health data of the pregnant woman was abnormal, it had to implement timely nursing intervention. In this study, 266 pregnant women in the electronic records (E-records) were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups according to the intervention method. Pregnant women in group A received routine physical examination during pregnancy, while those in group B received nursing intervention based on mobile nursing system. The results showed that the incidence of each indicator of pregnancy outcome in group B was significantly lower than that in group A, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The nursing intervention model based on the mobile nursing system can effectively improve the pregnancy outcome. The mobile nursing system can help nursing staff find the abnormalities of pregnant women during pregnancy and give effective nursing measures in time, which helped improve the pregnancy outcomes, reduce the probability of adverse pregnancy outcomes, ensure the safety of puerperae and newborns, and lessen the delivery risk factors....
